Smartphones Companion was nothing but a dream for many years. A busy family life and a career in law enforcement that spanned over 29 years had kept my dream from becoming a reality. With the smartphone revolution and technology becoming so critical in our lifestyles, I began my journey turning my dream into reality. Once I retired in 2015 I focused 100 percent of my time in creating Smartphones Companion and to be totally honest, the journey has not been easy.  After years, many design modifications, changing engineering firms, and numerous prototypes, the Smartphones Companion was finally created.  The design and usage is innovative and extremely versatile.  The dream finally became a reality.

USAGE

To be utilized in a hands free mode so everyone can be in the picture or video. Utilize it in the gym while training, family and friends get together at the house, restaurant celebration, at the beach or any other location where you are capturing those special moments.  Utilize it to view videos to entertain your child during dinner at a restaurant or any other venue, the usage is limitless, and all hands free.  The Smartphones Companion comes with a complementary tripod.  However it can be utilized with any other tripod of your choice.

VERSATILITY

This is the most versatile and innovative smartphone holder on the market today.  It can be utilized both in a vertical, and horizontal configurations.  Once you place your smartphone within the expandable locking jaws, your smartphone will be securely encased within the device to be utilized in either configuration.   The device can be utilized in the following three modes:

• On its own platform, simply place the phone within the locking jaws and secure it. Then you can place the device on any flat service and record a video, take a picture utilizing your smart phone’s timer, or watch video on your phone.
• It can be magnetically attached to any SOLID metal surface both vertically or horizontally, via the utilization of the four magnets encased within the device. There are two magnets  in the arm with the LED light, and two on the bottom of the device.
• It can be utilized with any tripod both vertically and horizontally utilizing the two tripod screw inserts. Utilize it with a small 6 inch desk top/countertop tripod, or a 6 foot professional tripod to capture any event with an inside or outside venue.
• This device also has an LED flashlight that the user can utilize in any low or no light situations. Once done with the Smartphones Companion simply fold it up into its compact configuration, which is actually the size of a credit card  and it fits into a shirt pocket, pants pocket, or any other location of the user’s choice.
• It can also be attached to any keychain or lanyard/neck cord.
